Ingredients:

1. Chicken 500 gm

2. Fry Peanut 10 gm

3. Sour Curd 400 gm

4. 2 tsp Garlic Paste

5. 4 number Onion Paste

6. Salt to taste

7. 1 tsp Garam Masala

8. 1 tsp Coriander & Cumin Powder

9. 1 Tbsp Refined Oil

10. 5 Number Green Chilly Paste

11. 1 tsp Kesuri Methi

Process :

1 . At first Sour Curd and fry peanut paste with together paste well properly.

2. Then after add 1 tbsp refined oil when that oil become some hot then add garlic paste and stir well properly for few seconds.

3. Then after onion paste and stir well properly on medium flame for few minutes.

4. After add chicken and fry and mixed well properly for 10 minutes.

5. Add few water again stir well for few minutes and then add sour curd paste and add few water and mixed well properly and boil properly

6. Now add gram masala , cumin & coriander powder mixed well properly and boil for few minutes.

7. When gravy will become thick then add green chilly paste and mixed properly and after minutes add keshuri methi for flavoring and then dish ready for serve.
