Ingredients


1. Rui Fish Fillet 4 pieces [ 300 gm ] { Or take any kind of big fish fillet}


2. Turmeric Powder -1/2 tsp


3. Ginger & Garlic Paste - 1 tsp


4. Tomato Sauce, Black Soya Sauce -1 tsp


5. Black Peeper Powder - 1 tsp


6. Salt to Taste


7. Capsicum Chopped -1/2 number


8. Egg - 1 Number


9. Refined Flour : 2 tsp


10. Refined Oil - 2 tbsp.


11. Sugar to taste.


12. Water as reqiured


Method


1. At First Rui Fish marinade with turmeric and salt . And Keep in 1 hr. Then after add egg and refined flour and mixed well properly. Keep in half and hour.


2. Then add Refined Oil and add that marinade fish and fry well in golden brown


3. Then add 1 tsp Refined oil and then add  chopped capsicum and ginger garlic paste  and fry well properly.


4. Then after add tomato sauce , dark soya sauce, salt and sugar mixed well properly for 5 minutes.


5. Then add fry fish and mixed well properly for 5 minutes.


6. Then add water as required and boil for 2 minutes.
